Scanair is done by students to help preserve the environment

The Scanair project was created in 2018 at the Lyçée Jules Richard in Paris following the agreement of the various members: Antoine SICARD, Dominik JEMIOLO and Anthoni MARIE.

The main activity of this project is to collect information concerning air quality, anywhere depending on the user's position.

Scanair is an innovative solution with the idea of a better world despite the new environmental constraints due to different climate changes.

It is a platform which will inform the user who will be called (member) on the pollution rate in a demarcated area then analyzed and processed by freely accessible sensors.

This will be available on mobile phones and on the web through a website which will provide real-time information on ambient air; the user will only need an internet connection. In addition, the application will be able to send notifications to members to alert them when the air is too polluted and then advise them to take public transport or any other means of transport other than the car for example.

Furthermore, our platform will ask for the creation of the member's account and the current vehicle used (if any) in order to guide them on possible restrictions such as in Paris where traffic is often dense and traffic is difficult.

Our platform will have the particularity of providing a high number of advice to best guide the member in respecting the environment. So in addition to providing simple information, we take care of the health of our members.

The application is completely free.
